SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that receiving your order promptly and discreetly and making sure you are happy with our products is of the utmost importance. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies below:

Fast & Discreet Shipping:

At Diesel Dispensary, we take great pride in providing fast and discreet shipping services. Your privacy is important to us, so all packages are vacuum-sealed and discreetly packaged to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition without revealing its contents. We are committed to swift shipping, meaning all orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time we will try to ship on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the next day unless we get backed up on orders. We try hard to ensure super fast same day processing and shipping. Orders placed on the weekend will ship first thing on Monday.

We usually ship via USPS Priority (Post Office) and always with the fastest priority shipping that is a typical 2 – 3 day ship time. Due to delays the post office can move slow making the 2-3 day ship time sometimes delayed a couple extra days. Larger direct bulk orders we usually ship via UPS 2 DAY AIR shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority at Diesel Dispensary, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product, we offer the option to help with exchanges in the form of store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please follow these guidelines:

1. The request for an exchange or store credit must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept product returns for unopened items. All sales are final. Once your exchange or credit is approved, we will help fast as possible to resolve your issue. Exchanges for opened products cannot be accommodated. But we will always work with you if you have an issue or not happy – just reach out for help. Can provide help with store credit or extra product if the case needs.

Return Shipping:

We do not provide return shipping labels. If you wish to return an eligible product, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance. Our dedicated team members are happy to guide you through the return process and address any concerns. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we will work with you to find a solution.
