Fast & Discreet Shipping:

At Diesel Dispensary, we take great pride in providing you with fast and discreet shipping services. Your privacy is important to us, and all packages are vacuum-sealed and discreetly packaged to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and without revealing its contents. Our commitment to swift shipping means that all orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day, or shipped the next day if placed after the cutoff time.

We normally ship via 2 Day Priority USPS (Post Office) if you would like us to ship UPS just contact us

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be happy with your purchase from Diesel Dispensary. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product, we offer the option of exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please follow these guidelines:

The request for an exchange or store credit must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unopened items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. We cannot do an exchange for opened products.

We will always work with you! Just let us know if you are unhappy or have any issues with your order!

Return Shipping:

We do not provide return shipping labels. If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Our dedicated team members will be more than happy to guide you through the return process and help you address any concerns you may have. We do not provide payment for the cost of the return shipping. We can work with you, and easily figure out a solution.
